At Motivation India, we believe everyone has the right to dignity, respect and safety. No one should experience abuse, exploitation or harm of any kind.
Safeguarding is central to how we work. We are committed to protecting children, adults at risk, staff, volunteers and communities from harm arising from our programmes or the actions of anyone associated with our work.
Our Code of Conduct, Safeguarding, Prevention of Sexual Harassement, Anti-Bullying and Harassment, Whistleblowing policies set out the standards and responsibilities expected of everyone involved with Motivation India.
Our Safeguarding Principles
- Zero Tolerance for Abuse: We do not tolerate any form of physical, emotional, sexual, or psychological abuse.
- Do No Harm: All our actions and programmes are designed to reduce risk and avoid unintended harm.
- Empowerment and Inclusion: We believe everyone, especially persons with disabilities, should be heard, supported, and included in safeguarding processes.
- Accountability and Transparency: We hold ourselves and our partners to high ethical and legal standards.
- Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH): To create and maintain safe work environment, free from sexual harassment discrimination
